- Friday, May 23 travel by bus in the morning to Dallas, Box Lunch at Klyde Warren Park, and Dallas World Aquarium. Hotel check-in. Dinner and Show at Medieval Times.

- Saturday, May 24 breakfast at hotel, Six Flags Over Texas with 1 Meal Coupon for Lunch.  Dinner at "The Rustic" and Dallas Symphony Concert. 

- Sunday, May 25 breakfast at hotel, hotel check-out, AT&T Stadium Tour, leave Dallas for Jefferson HS (Lunch on own), and arrive home!

Trip Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you cancel more than 50 days prior to your trip departure date, you will receive a refund less the cost of any items purchased on your behalf.  Items you will not be refunded if already purchased could include things such as park tickets, show tickets, airline tickets, etc.  Once these items are purchased, they are non-refundable.  You will also not be refunded the $125 non-refundable booking fee.

If you cancel within 50 days of the trip departure date, there will be no refunds.  

Group Trip Insurance

Travel Insured International offers an optional Student Group Protection Plan with a Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR)* benefit (e.g. Class Failure, Illness, Pandemic, etc.).

*Cancellation MUST be made 48 hours or more PRIOR to departure! You must purchase the optional CFAR benefit within 14 days of the date of initial deposit or payment for the trip is received to insure all non-refundable trip costs. The Cancel For Any Reason benefit is not available to residents of New York State.

You will need to enter your full trip cost for accurate coverage. For all plans except the Group Lite you will need to make your purchase prior to final trip payment in order to qualify for the pre-existing medical condition waiver. If purchasing the Group Lite plan you will need to make your purchase within 14 days of your initial trip deposit in order to qualify for the pre-existing medical condition waiver.
