Trip Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you cancel more than 50 days prior to your trip departure date, you will receive a refund less the cost of any items purchased on your behalf.  Items you will not be refunded if already purchased could include things such as park tickets, show tickets, airline tickets, etc.  Once these items are purchased, they are non-refundable.  You will also not be refunded the $250 non-refundable booking fee.

If you cancel within 50 days of the trip departure date, there will be no refunds.

Trawick International will reimburse you for the percentage of the prepaid, forfeited, non-refundable Payments or Deposits you paid for your Trip shown on the Confirmation of Coverage, if you cancel your Trip for any reason not otherwise covered by this plan. Must be purchased within 14 days for domestic travel, 21 days for international travel, of the trip deposit date, and the full, non-refundable trip cost is insured.
