- Friday, April 10 Bus will arrive at Summer Creek High School at 6:30 AM and depart at 7:00 AM for direct service to San Marcos. Shopping at the San Marcos Premium Outlets, Lunch at Grins in San Marcos, Natural Bridge Caverns Tour, Dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe on the San Antonio Riverwalk, "Go Rio" River Cruise. Hotel Check-In.

- Saturday, April 11 Breakfast at hotel.  Fiesta Texas with 2 Meal Coupons (Lunch and Dinner).

- Sunday, April 12 Breakfast at hotel and Hotel Check-Out.  Texas State Capitol Performance and Tour, Lunch at The Oasis on Lake Travis. Depart for Houston at 2:30 PM returning to Summer Creek High School at 5:30 PM.

Trip Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you cancel more than 50 days prior to your trip departure date, you will receive a refund less the cost of any items purchased on your behalf.  Items you will not be refunded if already purchased could include things such as park tickets, show tickets, airline tickets, etc.  Once these items are purchased, they are non-refundable.  You will also not be refunded the $125 non-refundable booking fee.

If you cancel within 50 days of the trip departure date, there will be no refunds.  

Group Trip Insurance

Travel Insured International offers an optional Student Group Protection Plan with a Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR)* benefit (e.g. Class Failure, Illness, Pandemic, etc.).

*Cancellation MUST be made 48 hours or more PRIOR to departure! The plan must be purchased within 14 days of the date of initial deposit or payment for the trip is received for the Optional Cancel for Any Reason benefit. The Cancel For Any Reason benefit is not available to residents of New York State.

You will need to enter your full trip cost for accurate coverage. For all plans except the Group Lite you will need to make your purchase prior to final trip payment in order to qualify for the pre-existing medical condition waiver. If purchasing the Group Lite plan you will need to make your purchase within 14 days of your initial trip deposit in order to qualify for the pre-existing medical condition waiver.
