- Wednesday, November 11 The buses will arrive at Seven Lakes High School in the afternoon and transfer to Signature Aviation Terminal at Bush Intercontinental Airport. Buses will drive on tarmac and screen the group as you board the plane. Travel. Buses will pick up the group on the tarmac at Indianapolis Airport Million Air Terminal or similar and transfer downtown to hotel. Hotel check-in. Dinner on own.

- Friday, November 13 Breakfast on own or at hotel. Rehearsal and possible Preliminary Performance. Lunch and Dinner on own.
- Saturday, November 14 Breakfast on own or at hotel. Rehearsal and Semi-Finals Performance. Lunch and Dinner on own. Finals Performance with Awards.
- Sunday, November 15 Breakfast on own or at hotel. Airport transfer from hotel to Indianapolis Airport Million Terminal or similar. Buses will drive on tarmac and screen group as you board the plane. Travel. Buses will pick up the group on the tarmac at Bush Intercontinental Airport at Signature Aviation or similar and transfer to Seven Lakes High School.
Trip Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you cancel more than 50 days prior to your trip departure date, you will receive a refund less the cost of any items purchased on your behalf. Items you will not be refunded if already purchased could include things such as park tickets, show tickets, airline tickets, etc. Once these items are purchased, they are non-refundable. You will also not be refunded the $300 non-refundable booking fee.
If you cancel within 50 days of the trip departure date, there will be no refunds.
