- Thursday, April 16 travel by bus in the morning, Box Lunch, Grocery Store stop in Corpus, Condo check-in, Dinner on own.

- Friday, April 17 breakfast on own, USS Lexington with Performance, Lunch on Own.  Free time at Resort & Beach, Dinner on own at Condo, and Evening Beach Bonfire with S' mores.

- Saturday, April 18 all meals on own, Sandcastle Team Building Activity.  Spend the day at the Resort and Beach.

- Sunday, April 19 breakfast on own, Condo check-out and return to Azle High School.

Trip Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you cancel more than 50 days prior to your trip departure date, you will receive a refund less the cost of any items purchased on your behalf.  Items you will not be refunded if already purchased could include things such as park tickets, show tickets, airline tickets, etc.  Once these items are purchased, they are non-refundable.  You will also not be refunded the $125 non-refundable booking fee.

If you cancel within 50 days of the trip departure date, there will be no refunds.  

Group Trip Insurance

Travel Insured International offers an optional Student Group Protection Plan with a Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR)* benefit (e.g. Class Failure, Illness, Pandemic, etc.).

*Cancellation MUST be made 48 hours or more PRIOR to departure! You must purchase the optional CFAR benefit at or before final payment is made for your trip and insure all non-refundable prepaid trip costs. The Cancel For Any Reason benefit is not available to residents of New York State.
